If you were to look in my closet you will probably see maybe on black shirt. I am a person that likes to stand out in a crowd and my clothing reflects this. I like to wear bright colors. In the winter when everyone is wearing blacks and grays and navys I am wearing pinks and yellows, and greens. I feel like if the weather outside looks dreary, why wear something that will make you blend in with the surroundings. Also I think that when someone is having a really bad day, bright colors will cheer them up. Though some people might hate you by wondering what has got you in such a good mood.
Another staple of my wardrobe is the headband. I first started wearing headbands because I had gotten my hair cut really short, which i hated, and I had no idea of how to style it once I got away from the beauty salon. So I put on a headband and instantly BAM! I looked put together. ( at least I think so) When I am having a bad hair day, I just put on a headband and go.
Creativity, I think, is something that needs to be expressed on the inside as well as on the outside. It shows that you have confidence in yourself and that you are not afraid to make a statement. With everyone being content to stay within the confines of the box, it is refreshing to see someone standing outside of it.
